Shipping Products
In order to ship the products on time, as soon as we receive your order we will contact you by phone to confirm the details as well as the delivery times.
Products are sent Door-to-Door by courier and delivered safely to the address you specify within two or three working days from the day the order is placed. For orders outside Greece, the products are sent again by courier in two to seven working days from the confirmation of the order.
The company KYSO A.E. does not recognize the existence of any responsibility in case of delay in delivery due to extreme weather phenomena, strikes and force majeure in which case the above delivery period will be extended as long as the reason for the delay lasts.
Shipping charges are calculated and suggested on the order form. The products are always accompanied by the corresponding documents. The customer has the possibility to choose the type of document he wants (retail receipt or invoice), by filling in the corresponding field on the website. In addition, there is the option of receiving your order from the physical store of the company KYSO A.E.

Every purchase from the lodgecastiron.gr website is carried out at the choice of the buyer with the possibility of payment with VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards and in an absolutely secure way.

In the event that the deposit/remittance is made by any other bank in Greece or abroad, any handling costs of the transaction are borne solely by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
In case of returning part or all of the order, contact 210 8028533. The products and their packaging must be in perfect condition and accompanied by all documents (receipt or invoice, any promotional material, etc.). Before sending your return, make sure that 10 calendar days have not passed since the date on the receipt.
Product warranty
All our products support the 2-year warranty as defined by European legislation and beyond that Lodge Cast Iron products support a lifetime warranty.
Change products
If you wish to replace the product you received with another one, you will have to send it to us at your own expense and then we will send you the product you want with FREE shipping. Alternatively, you can place your new order by phone at 210 8028533, informing us at the same time about the return of the product you received. Make sure that 10 calendar days have not passed since the date on the receipt.
Money return
If you wish, we can issue a refund, which can be completed within 10 working days from the date we receive the products. Make sure that 10 calendar days have not passed since the date on the receipt.
Terms of product returns/exchanges
lodgecastiron.gr gives you the possibility to return the products you bought within 15 days from the date indicated on the purchase receipt. You can, if you wish, contact us first by phone at 2108022200 to better coordinate the entire return process. If you wish to replace the product you received with another one, you will have to send it to us at your own expense and then we will send you the product you want with FREE shipping. Alternatively, you can place your new order by phone at 2108022200, informing us at the same time about the return of the product you received.
Return Policy for Defective Products
In the event of a defective product, there are two possibilities: a) Replacement with the same or equivalent product, b) Cash refund of the entire amount of money corresponding to the product's sales price. ATTENTION: The return of defective products is made exclusively with the courier company from which you received it, without any transport charges.
